Hi, I’m Jessica Ala — Broker/Owner, proud U.S. Army Veteran, wife, mom of three amazing kids (two boys and one girl), and dog mom to our English White Lab, Ellie.
Before stepping into real estate, I spent 8 years serving in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer, followed by 6 years as a Federal Police Officer. My time in law enforcement taught me discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of duty — values that I carry with me every single day in my real estate career.
Life took an exciting turn when I met my husband — it was truly love at first sight. Shortly after, he began his own military journey, and I made the decision to leave my career to support and follow him. Together we PCS’d to Florida, North Carolina, and finally Colorado, where he served with the 10th Special Forces Group. After eight years of service, we decided to make Colorado our forever home.
During our time in the military community, I heard far too many stories of soldiers and their families being taken advantage of in real estate transactions. That’s when I knew I wanted to do something about it. In 2018, I became a licensed Realtor — not to sell homes, but to protect people during one of the most important and emotional transactions of their lives.
I approach real estate the same way I approached my work in law enforcement — with honesty, attention to detail, and a fierce commitment to doing what’s right. My clients aren’t just transactions to me; they’re people and families I genuinely care about. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a military family relocating, or a homeowner looking to sell, I’m here to ensure you feel safe, informed, and confident from start to finish.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors with my family — camping, hiking, or spending time near the water (we’re definitely water people, including Ellie!). We love exploring everything Colorado has to offer, especially when the warm weather hits and the mountains start calling.
Faith is also a huge part of my life. We’ve been members of Pikes Peak Christian Church for over a decade, and I’m so thankful for the guidance and community our faith provides.
Real estate has truly been a blessing for me. It allows me to combine my passion for service with my love of people. I always tell my clients:
“I’m not a salesperson — I’m your protector and advocate in one of the biggest investments of your life.”
It’s an honor to serve you, and I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals with integrity, care, and heart.
